This CCRC, Edgewater, is designed to optimize hospitality and choice for residents throughout, while honoring our Christian heritage. To provide servant leadership for our new Health Center, the Director of Nursing will foster a resident-centered and social model of care. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of three years Nursing Leadership experience in Long Term Care with a significant understanding of the regulations governing this industry and valid Iowa RN License. Must possess a sincere passion for working with older adults and will develop long-lasting, quality relationships with residents and staff.
