Social Services/Admissions Coordinator Timberland Health Center at Deerfield Retirement Community in Urbandale is seeking a full time Social Services/ Admissions Coordinator to join our team of caring professionals. The Social Services/Admissions Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing & evaluating the social services program provided for residents of the facility. Must be able to establish and maintain a good business relationship with various referral sources. Four year degree or appropriate experience substituted year for year, knowledge of PPS & Medicare regs required. Geriatric social services background preferred.
