Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/MDS Coordinator We are seeking an ADON/MDS Coordinator. This will be a dual role. As the ADON, this person will work directly with the DON in leading the Health Center and be responsible for overseeing scheduling and staff development. As the MDS Coordinator, this person will coordinate patient care activities and monitor the assignment of patients to (RUGS) in the payment periods associated with the MDS schedules. Qualified applicants will be well organized, have ability to multi-task, have 5 years of LTC experience, and 2 years supervisory experience. Qualified applicants will also have knowledge of the MDS process, RUGs, Triggers, RAPs, Plan of Care, Discharge Plan, and documentation requirements per regulations and legislation.
