Ideal candidates have experience in Senior Housing, are competitive, enjoy seniors and have the desire to achieve high goals. Conceptual sales experience and experience in the senior living industry a plus. Ability to motivate others in a positive manner within a team environment will set you apart. Position requires relationship development with customers resulting in sales of apartment units. Must be an organized, self-directed individual. Extensive public contact and public speaking required.
