Vice President of Quality Insurance Elim Care, Inc. Elim Care is a growing, Christian-based senior housing and healthcare ministry. The corporate office has a new full-time opportunity for a second Vice President of Quality Assurance. This position will lead specific QA initiatives and oversight within Elim with responsibilities being divided based on region and/or areas of expertise. Qualified candidates must possess a passion for the ministry focused on resident-centered care, and proven expertise with high standards of practice in QA, MDS and case mix management, and regulatory compliance. We require 2+ years experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care with excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. An individual with hands-on, visionary, and team-based leadership skills completes our ideal candidate. While based in Eden Prairie, a majority of this role’s time will be spent visiting and supporting Elim’s facilities in the metro and near-metro, as well as periodically our North Dakota and Iowa locations.
